Photo & Review Submission Terms

By submitting a review and/or photo(s) to American Expedition Travel, LLC (“Company”) through this form, you agree to the following terms:

1. License to Publish. You grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, edit, display, publish, and distribute your submitted review and photo(s) on the Company’s website, social media channels, and other marketing or promotional materials, without compensation to you.

2. Your Rights in the Photo. You represent and warrant that you are the owner of, or otherwise have full legal authority over, any photo(s) you submit, and that submitting and licensing the photo(s) to the Company as described above does not violate the rights of any third party.

3. Consent of Everyone Pictured. You represent that you have obtained the consent of every person who appears in any photo you submit to have their image submitted to and published by the Company as described in these terms.

4. Minors. If anyone under the age of 18 appears in a photo you submit, you represent and confirm that you are that minor’s parent or legal guardian, or that you have obtained express permission from the minor’s parent or legal guardian before submitting the photo. The Company relies on this representation in good faith and undertakes no independent duty to verify guardianship or consent.

5. Moderation. All reviews and photos are reviewed before publication. The Company may decline to publish, edit for length or clarity, or remove any submission at its discretion, at any time.

6. No Compensation. Submissions are made voluntarily. No payment or other compensation is provided for the use of any review or photo.

7. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claim, damage, or liability arising out of a breach of the representations made in these terms.

8. Removal Requests. If you would like a previously published photo or review removed, contact us at info@americanx.travel and we will accommodate reasonable requests.
